helpful staff clean shower hard bed poor welcome
The hotel location was GREAT! It was close to the tube. My room was clean and the shower was super clean. The staff are helpful and pleasant TOO.
The bed was VERY hard. The room felt student style. It lacked any frills. The welcome was poor and there wasn't even coffee available in the entrance lounge.

fantastic stay!
clean room modern room comfy bed
i got the double room, and it was so clean and modern. rooms were really nice with comfy beds and pillows (i slept like a log!). the location is perfect for exploring the city.
the lift was out of service and i had to carry my luggage up the stairs without help from staff which wasn't ideal.

the staff washed my baby's bottles in their washing machine for me, really thoughtful. the front desk team are attentive. i definitely felt well looked after.

Breakfast was included with my stay and had fresh options. there was a nice variety of coffees. i especially appreciated the oat milk option. This made my mornings much easier (and tastier!).

the hotel is recently refurbished, and everything looks great. the rooms are a decent size. towels were changed every day, really convenient. there was also a coffee maker in my room.

it is in a very safe area. the underground station is a very short walk away. there are also some small shops nearby, so buying groceries was really easy.
